Situated on about an acre of land, Belmont House is nestled on a private wooded estate at the north westerly end of picturesque Tortola. The quiet and unspoiled north shore has pearl colored sandy beaches, aquamarine water, and star studded moon lit nights.
You have a tranquil, quiet place to unwind and relax your body and mind. Belmont House has tile floors, rattan furniture and circular dining room.
Each room has a panoramic view of the sparkling Caribbean Sea which is dotted with sailboats and the neighboring island of Jost Van Dyke and Sandy Cay. A 3 minute drive will put you just below the house on Smugglers Cove Beach, one of the best swimming and snorkeling sites in the BVI. Just a 5 minute drive will bring you to Long Bay Beach and Apple Bay, sites of other good beaches and restaurants both local and gourmet.
You are five minutes from the West End Road/Sophers Hole and a straight run to Road Town.
First Floor has a bedroom with king bed, bath which gives you the feeling of showering among the flowers, living room, hexagon shaped dining room, complete kitchen and wrap around porch.
Second Floor has bedroom-king bed, kitchenette, dining area and a reading/sitting room in the turret with views on all sides.

Monthly Rental: $2,800 - no gov’t tax required
